The new track will shorten the travel time between the two cities from 10 to 5 hours. According to officials, the railway would go for more than 8 kilometers through forested regions, connecting Kharwa and Jawar. Because the region's geography is irregular, creating a smooth path will be challenging. The train will connect the districts of Banswara, Dungarpur, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Bundi, Rajsamand, and Bhilwara.
